LUYAA BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING SCHEDULE
All meetings will be held at the New Market Middle School
Library and will start at 7pm unless otherwise noted.
Minutes will be posted after they have been approved by the Board of Directors
at a subsequent meeting.
Dates, Times and Locations are subject to change.
Agendas are subject to change.
BOD Meeting DISCUSSION TOPICS
If you have items you would like to discuss at a BOD
meeting please provide the topic, your name and phone number via e-mail to the
LUYAA president and your request will
be processed in the order received. You may also contact the president or any
other LUYAA BOD, officer, and commissioners using the
contact information provided on our
web site if you have questions or need assistance with any sports program.
ELECTION CANDIDATES:
For those running in the semi-annual elections,
questions asked of the candidates could be:
-What is your background?
-Why are you interested in serving on the Board?
-At times you will need to make decisions that may be in opposition of friends
that may be involved with LUYAA. Are you prepared to handle such
situations and make a decision based on the best interest of the Association?
-Are you able to commit to attending bi-monthly meetings?
